I received my order, but the product is damaged, what should I do?

Despite all the care we take in checking our products and packaging, we are unfortunately not immune to problems. Our customer service team is available to help you find a solution to this issue.

To ensure a prompt response, please send an email via the Contact page with photos of the damage to your item and a brief description of the situation.

You will receive a response within 24 hours. While you wait for our reply, please keep the packaging of your item in case of return.

We advise you to check your furniture upon receipt, even if you do not plan to use it immediately.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

For any modification or cancellation request, we invite you to send an email via the Contact page as soon as possible after your order so that we can make the necessary changes before shipping your order.

How can I view and/or edit my invoice?

Your invoice will be available as soon as your order is shipped and will also be available in your personal account. Any request to modify the invoice must be made before shipment; modifications will no longer be possible after shipment.
